It is important to understand that all items sold on onevio.org, due to the fact that donations are involved, are final sale and thus, cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. We insist that you take the necessary time ensure that you have properly researched sizes, colours, shipping fees & duties as well as any other inquiry you may have prior to placing an order. Feel free to email us a question and we will do our best to help you in a timely fashion.

What if my item has a defect?

We are terribly sorry! Of course it was not our intention to send you a defective product and for that we feel awful! Please send us an email with your order number (in the email receipt you have received) and a description of the defect and we will make sure to help you out as fast as we can. There is a 30-day Return Policy for defective items. We will take it upon ourselves to refund you as soon as we have received confirmation from our designer that the item(s) have been returned as required. Please make sure the item has not been used/worn/washed and carefully place it back into it’s original packaging. If an item has been altered from it’s original state, (tag is off, it has been washed, mud or dirt is on the item, smells of cologne or smoke, etc.), it will not be accepted and shipping fees potentially incurred will not be refunded.

 

Limited items

Some of the products listed were created and tailored specifically for the benefit of a single cause on onevio.org ("Limited Editions"). Should you wish to purchase one of these exclusive items, make sure to do so before the month is over. As soon as the campaign ends, the item is gone. Forever.

 

Canada & United States

We would like to apologize to our overseas fans but we are unable to transact out of Canada & the United States for the time being. We will keep you posted. Thanks!

 

Taxes, Customs and Duties

By purchasing a product on Onevio.org, you agree & accept that you are responsible for making sure the product can be lawfully imported to your location or the location you wish to send it to. (Country, city, province, etc.) When purchasing any item from Onevio.org, the receiver is the importer on file and has to comply with the laws and regulation of the country in which the items are being shipped. Orders that are shipped may be subject to fees, customs duties and import taxes depending on where you, or the recipient of the product currently lives. Extra charges, such as customs clearances, taxes, fees, customs duties, etc, in their entirety must be paid for by the recipient of the product. Onevio.org unfortunately has no control over these miscellaneous fees & charges. Contact your local customs office to find out which policies apply to your situation.

 

Donation

By purchasing products on Onevio.org you understand & accept that Onevio is responsible for holding the donation funds until the end of the campaign. At the end of every campaign transfer the donation amount to the charity(ies) of the month in one lump sum (this transfer generally takes 14-days, with very few exceptions). While we take great measures in finding the best causes & charities we could support (and welcome your feedback in this regard), we are unable to dictate how funds are to be used by the charity(ies). Please feel free to visit their website and take the time to review their mission statement, use of funds, operating practices, etc. We take great pride in finding organizations that highlight financial responsibility as well has impact reporting. We hope you find our selections to be up to your standards as well. We really are here to change the world together.
